The HR type is easier to adjust clearances and can effectively absorb installation errors. When two guide rails are installed in parallel, each row of balls is placed at a contact angle of 45 degrees, so that the rated load applied to the LM slider is uniform in all four directions (radial, reverse radial, and lateral).
The LM guide rail can receive the same load in four directions, install two guide rails in parallel, have a lower cross-sectional height and allow for adjustment of gaps.
