1. Development History:
In 1971, THK was established in Meguro ku, Tokyo, initially named Toho Seiko Co., Ltd.

3. A global four in one system (Japan, Europe, the Americas, and Asia)
To meet the growing demand of the Chinese market, THK established THK Shanghai Co., Ltd. as a sales base in 2003. In 2005, THK established THK Manufacturing of China (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. and THK Manufacturing of China (Liaoning) Co., Ltd. as production bases. THK now has four integrated production and sales bases in Japan, Europe, the Americas, and Asia.
